MAKE A RESERVATION NOW FOR WINTER TRAINING IN GEORGIA- where we just built a new kennel with a feed room and office. As for land, Georgia is our Southern Home, where we have gathered a large variety of land and water to train the dogs for the past eleven years. Every location offers a different set of principals and concepts. The advantage of warmer weather and water in Georgia has really made a difference in our training and given the dogs a chance to experience different grounds and hunting scenarios. People ask why have two locations... just when the hunting season is getting good in Kansas you head South? Well, if we were hunting dogs then that would be fine, but we are training dogs. To work with dogs, especially young dogs, in cold water you end up with dogs who slink into the water due to the temp. We need warm water as well for the more advanced dogs who spend longer periods of time handling. We agree to give our clients the best training we can and that means having to train in the best climate we can. Georgia is the place. |
